Great Hobby Swap Seller Space

By purchasing seller space, I agree to the following rules and conditions for participation as a seller at The Great Hobby Swap at Tabletop Citadel.

1. Seller Space

The seller fee is $15 per reserved space.

Seller spaces are limited and assigned by Tabletop Citadel. Sellers must keep merchandise, containers, chairs, and other belongings within their designated area and may not obstruct aisles, exits, store merchandise, gaming areas, or neighboring sellers.

Seller setup begins at 10:00 AM. Sellers are responsible for setting up and removing their own merchandise.

2. Permitted Merchandise

The Great Hobby Swap is intended for tabletop gaming and hobby-related merchandise. Permitted items include:

• Miniatures and armies
• New-on-sprue miniatures
• Assembled and painted miniatures
• Bits, sprues, and components
• Terrain
• Gaming books
• Dice and gaming accessories
• Carrying and storage cases
• Paints and hobby supplies
• Hobby tools
• Out-of-production and collectible gaming items
• Other tabletop gaming merchandise approved by Tabletop Citadel

Items from all tabletop gaming systems and manufacturers are welcome.

3. Prohibited Merchandise

Sellers may not offer:

• Counterfeit or recast miniatures
• Stolen merchandise
• Merchandise the seller does not have the legal right to sell
• Unrelated flea-market merchandise
• Food or beverages
• Commercial/vendor inventory without prior approval from Tabletop Citadel
• Dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate items
• Items otherwise prohibited by Tabletop Citadel store policy

Tabletop Citadel reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any item it determines is inappropriate for the event.

4. Sales and Trades

All purchases, sales, and trades are private transactions between the participating individuals.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Setting their own prices
• Negotiating their own transactions
• Collecting payment
• Providing accurate descriptions of merchandise
• Disclosing known missing, damaged, altered, or incomplete components
• Resolving disputes arising from their transactions

Tabletop Citadel does not determine the value of merchandise and does not guarantee the authenticity, completeness, condition, quality, or value of items sold or traded during the event.

5. Payment and Taxes

Each seller is responsible for complying with any tax, licensing, reporting, or other legal obligations that may apply to their individual sales.

Tabletop Citadel does not collect payments on behalf of sellers and is not a party to transactions conducted between swap meet participants.

6. Property and Security

Sellers are responsible for supervising their merchandise, money, equipment, and personal belongings at all times.

Tabletop Citadel is not responsible for merchandise or personal property that is lost, stolen, misplaced, exchanged, or damaged during the event, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be waived.

Sellers should carefully inspect any item received as part of a trade before completing the transaction.

Tables for sellers will be provided. Each seller will have approx. 6' x 2' of table space.

7. Conduct

The Great Hobby Swap is a community event. Sellers agree to treat customers, other sellers, Tabletop Citadel staff, and other attendees respectfully.

Harassment, threatening behavior, intentional misrepresentation, theft, disruptive conduct, or repeated violations of event or store rules may result in removal from the event.

Have fun and don't be a jerk.

8. Cleanup

Sellers are responsible for removing all merchandise, boxes, packaging, trash, and other belongings from their assigned space at the conclusion of the event.

Items may not be abandoned at Tabletop Citadel without prior approval.

9. Removal From the Event

Tabletop Citadel reserves the right to remove a seller or prohibit the sale of particular merchandise when reasonably necessary to enforce store policies, protect customers or participants, or maintain a safe and orderly event.

A seller removed for violating these rules will forfeit their seller fee.

10. Acknowledgment

By purchasing this seller space reservation, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the rules of The Great Hobby Swap and agree to follow them while participating in the event.

I understand that I am participating as an independent seller and that Tabletop Citadel is providing space for the event but is not acting as my employer, agent, business partner, or representative.

I understand that buying, selling, and trading involves transactions directly between participants and that I am responsible for my own merchandise and transactions.
