Event Overview
Kick off the holidays with a fun, silly, sugar-powered Warhammer event! Players of all ages will craft gingerbread terrain before their matches, then take to the battlefield in for-fun 750-point games. Perfect for beginner players, young hobbyists, and families.
This is a lighthearted, non-competitive, good-vibes day of hobby fun.
Schedule
12:00 PM – Check-In & Army List Review

Players check in, pay entry (if not prepaid), and submit 750-point lists.

Staff gives each participant gingerbread terrain supplies.

1v1 pairings are announced and tables are assigned.
12:30 PM – Gingerbread Terrain Build

Participants have 45 minutes to create one to two pieces of gingerbread terrain.

Creativity Encouraged!

Terrain must fit on a 6"x6" base area max.
1:15 PM – Break / Gingerbread Terrain Voting Begins

Store staff and players vote for their favorite gingerbread terrain.

The winner will receive a bonus drawing ticket.
1:30 PM – Setup & Pre-Game

Everyone brings their gingerbread terrain to their assigned table.

Opponents set up their gingerbread terrain more than 6 inches from other terrain
-
Roll off to determine first player to set down gingerbread terrain (each player will have 1-2 pieces to place)
1:35 PM – Battle Begins (750 pts, 90 minute time limit)

Reasonable proxy models are allowed (i.e. The model must be similar in looks and size to official model)

10th edition matched play rules (casual play, no painted army VP) with the following primary and secondary objectives:

PRIMARY Hansel & Gretel: Gingerbread Ruins count as the games objectives. At the end of each BATTLE ROUND players score 5vp for controlling one objective, 5vp for controlling two or more objectives, and 5vp for controlling more objectives than their opponent.

SECONDARY Gumdrop Bomb Delivery: Shooting phase. One friendly unit wholly within the enemy deployment zone that is eligible to shoot may perform this action. This unit may not shoot or declare a charge this turn. At the end of the turn place one Gumdrop Bomb Marker onto the battlefield that is further than 9 inches from all other Gumdrop Bomb Markers. Score 5vp.

TWIST: Once per battle: Eat your Candy Cane of Morale-Boosting Power to gain 1 CP or to automatically pass a battle-shock test on one unit.

- No eating terrain mid game, that's just rude.
