Sellers must keep merchandise, containers, chairs, and other belongings within their designated area and may not obstruct aisles, exits, store merchandise, gaming areas, or neighboring sellers.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSeller setup begins at \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e10:00 AM\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. Sellers are responsible for setting up and removing their own merchandise.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan\u003e2. Permitted Merchandise\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Great Hobby Swap is intended for tabletop gaming and hobby-related merchandise. Property and Security\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSellers are responsible for supervising their merchandise, money, equipment, and personal belongings at all times.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTabletop Citadel is not responsible for merchandise or personal property that is lost, stolen, misplaced, exchanged, or damaged during the event, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be waived.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSellers should carefully inspect any item received as part of a trade before completing the transaction.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTables for sellers will be provided. Each seller will have approx. 6' x 2' of table space.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan\u003e7. Conduct\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Great Hobby Swap is a community event. Sellers agree to treat customers, other sellers, Tabletop Citadel staff, and other attendees respectfully.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHarassment, threatening behavior, intentional misrepresentation, theft, disruptive conduct, or repeated violations of event or store rules may result in removal from the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHave fun and don't be a jerk.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan\u003e8. Cleanup\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSellers are responsible for removing all merchandise, boxes, packaging, trash, and other belongings from their assigned space at the conclusion of the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eItems may not be abandoned at Tabletop Citadel without prior approval.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan\u003e9. Removal From the Event\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTabletop Citadel reserves the right to remove a seller or prohibit the sale of particular merchandise when reasonably necessary to enforce store policies, protect customers or participants, or maintain a safe and orderly event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA seller removed for violating these rules will forfeit their seller fee.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan\u003e10.
